Cable:                    No cuts, tears or leakages, might be stained a bit. Strain relief seems to be slightly pulled or may be glued (Image 09)

Head & handle:    In good shape may have a few scratches

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Has a pin nick, review images

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Faint shadows, review images provided

Phantom Scan: May have weak elements, review images provided

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Vascular Scan of RT Carotid Lumen and blood flow along with the angio flow. Color flow looks good
