     *IT tube has some pinching , Noted NEAR graduation from the distal end 

     *Angulation is going fine (Up/Down)

     *Light and video bundle has no cuts or tears 

     *Pinching is noted roughly one feet away from connector 

     *Light tract is smooth

     *Video bundle seems to have issues AND Optics maybe damaged

     *Image quality is bad; see monitor images

     *NO case, manual or ETO cap included
