3. 3.  Working Condition:  All table movements are controlled by the electronic Foot control   and includes table up/down (both are smooth) , back up (smooth) / back down (some noise), foot up/foot down (both are smooth) ...........seems to be working nicely .......Again , Makes some noise while back is reclining down , all other movements are with out noise ........ offered AS IS
