    -We have included the software CDS with the unit, the buyer can format the system & flash the software again & the system should work fine because this most likely is due to a software glitch

    -The unit prompts Error ''Transducer Not Connected'' & the probe may need to be reconnected 

    -Just for demonstrational purposes, we have attached a sample functionality image of a probe that was tested on this unit, which later was not detected by the system, review image 09

We have checked multiple probes on all ports and all ports are working !

    -NO TRANSDUCUERS INCLUDED WITH THE UNIT

    -As for the ports, all the ports seem to be working good if the probe is detected
