Probe Analysis:

Connector:            No broken or bent pins, may have some scratches & paint loss

Cable:                    Cable is yellowed and has some insulation tear near probe strain relief 

Head & handle:    Seems to be in good shape with no signs of major cracks 

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  No cuts, tears or nicks observed

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Deep shadows observed, review functionality images

Phantom Scan: Dead elements observed, review images

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Hepato-Renal Scan done by placing scan head at Right                      Upper Quadrant> Compare the echo-texture of 2 solid organs. Image dropout & the image produced is of                    poor quality. Color flow looks patchy
