Head & handle:    Has some scratches on it

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  In good shape with no cuts or nicks observed

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Shadow towards left peripheral image

Phantom Scan: May have Weak element

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Vascular Scan of RT Carotid Lumen and blood flow along with the Angio flow. Color flow looks good. (No other scans performed)
