Probe Analysis:

Connector:            No dents, cracks, broken or bent pins observed

Cable:                    In good shape with no signs of cuts, tears or leakages of any sort but is a little dirty

Head & handle:    Seems to be in good shape but may have a few scratches on it

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  No nick or crack observed, in good shape

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Has faint shadows 

Phantom Scan: May or may not have weak elements

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Done by placing the tip of the probe at the Right carotid

 Review the Right Carotid Lumen and Blood flow. Color flow seems to be VERY GOOD

 (No other body scans done)
