Probe Analysis:

Connector:            In good shape with no scratches or cracks, review images

Cable:                    No sign of cuts, tears or leakages have been observed might be stained a bit, review images

Head & handle:    In good shape but may have a few scratches on it, review images

Lock:                      Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Pin size nicks on both corner with lens

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Faint Shadows observed, review images

Phantom Scan: May have a few weak elements, please review images

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Hepato Renal Scan performed by pointing the tip of the probe at the RUQ > Review the echotexture of 2 solid organs (Liver and kidney) > Review the vascular Scan performed > Observe  carotid Lumen and Blood flow >  color flow looks very Good
