Connector:            Appears to be in good shape but a nut can be heard rattling inside

Cable:                    Partial Tear in insulation at connector strain relief & Cable junction

Head & handle:    Seems to be in good shape with no signs of major cracks 

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Completely free from nick and stains  

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Faint shadows observed, review functionality images

Phantom Scan: May have a few weak elements, review images

Body Scan: Review the Body Scan performed > Review the Hepato-Renal Scan done by placing scan head at Right                      Upper Quadrant> Compare the echo-texture of 2 solid organs. Review the Vascular Scan> performed by                      placing scan head at Right Carotid >Review the Lumen and Color flow > Color flow is patchy
