Connector:            No dents cracks or broken or bent pins, No foreign bodies have scratches, refer to images

Cable:                    No cuts , tears , crushing , kinking, may be dirty, Yellowed due to use or chemical use

Head & handle:    Seems fine may have scratches , no crack, a slight dent is observed at lens handle junction, Review Image # 7 

Lock:                     Seems good and firm and not broken

Lens/Membrane:  Membrane is smooth, no cuts tears, gouging, delamination or abrasion observed.

Remains untested at our end but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
