Cable:                    Seems fine, is a little dirty No sign of insulation tear/crack, refer to the images

Head & handle:    Seems fine, no sign of rust, scuffs or cracks

Lock:                     Seems tight and is intact firmly  

Lens/Membrane:  No nick or scuff observed on it, refer to the images

Scan Analysis:

Fluid level remains unknown, remains untested at our end as we do not have the licensed software to test this.
