• This transducer is used for IMA, vascular, carotid, arterial and venous applications. 
• The HP 21255B is compatible with the HP Sonos 2000, 2500, 4500 and 5500 series ultrasound systems.

Probe Analysis:

Connector:            Connector doesn't have any broken pins or scratches

Cable:                    Seems fine, No sign of insulation tear/crack 

Head & handle:    No sign of major scratches or scuffs observed

Lens/Membrane:  Has a couple of nicks on it 

Scan Analysis:

Air Scan:               Faint shadows have been observed, (image 1-2)

Phantom Scan:     Seems to be smooth (Image 3)

Body Scan:            Review the vascular scan, color flow seems to be  patchy (Img 4-5)
