Cable:                    In good shape with no signs of cuts, tears or leakages of any sort

Head & handle:    No cracks or scratches but might have pin gauge no big scratches or cracks

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Has a nick that can be seen in the image section

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Faint grey area observed, review images

Phantom Scan: 2 week elements can be seen

Body Scan: Review the Hepato Renal scan performed after pointing the tip of head at RUQ
