Lock:                      Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:   Has a faint nick on it that can be seen in image 9

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Has faint shadows, review images

Phantom Scan: May have some weak elements, please review images

Body Scan: Review the Hepato Renal Scan performed by pointing the tip of the probe on the RUQ
