Head & handle:    Seems to be in good shape with no signs of scratches, cracks or scuffs observed 

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Completely nick free

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: shadows observed, please review images

Phantom Scan: have weak elements, review images provided

Body Scan: Review the vascular Scan performed > see Right Carotid Lumen> Color flow is very patchy
