*Agilent 11-3L/21356A Linear Array Ultrasound Transducer Probe (S.N: US00702961 / DOM: 2001):

Probe Analysis:

Connector:            In good shape overall, no broken or bents pins observed

Cable:                    No cuts, tears or leakages have been observed of any sort

Head & handle:    Seems to be in good shape with no signs of scratches, cracks or scuffs observed 

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Has stress nicks on the lens, review images for cosmetics

Functionality Analysis (Image#3):

Air Scan: Faint shadows observed

Phantom Scan: May have a few weak elements

Body Scan: Review the Vascular Scan been performed on the Right Carotid, see  Lumen & review the color flow. 

                    Color flow seems patchy
