Connector:            In good shape overall with no broken or bent pins, may have scratches

Cable:                    In good shape overall with no signs of cuts, tears cuts kinking, abrasion or laceration observed. 

Head & handle:    In good shape with no major scuffs or cracks but may have scratches

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  In good shape but may have a few scratches on it since it has been used previously

Functionality Analysis:

Air Scan: Faint shadows observed, review images provided

Phantom Scan: May have a few weak elements, review images provided

Body Scan: Review the Hepato-Renal Scan after placing scan head on the Right Upper Quadrant > Compare the                           echo-texture of 02 solid organs > Review the Vascular scan >Right carotid > Observe the vascular Lumen                     and Blood flow, color flow looks good to us
