Working Condition: Powers on and monitor display appears – showing the condition of the batteries and communication failure as no module/s attached.(no further testing)
Smart-Pack charger is powers up and charging the batteries.
Some of the batteries are holding up charge but original strength of the batteries is unknown – so batteries are in unknown condition.
As a whole, the unit has not been tested technically or professionally at our end- unable to test --- being sold STRICTLY AS IS!
