Connector:          OK, no sign of broken pins refer to image 9

Cable:                  No sign of cracks or leakages observed refer to image 12

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks or torn strain relief

Lock:                   Seems good and firm

Lens/Membrane: Seems good but has a very tiny nick near the right edge, refer to image 8

Scan Analysis:

Air Scan:           May have some shadows refer to image 2 and decide for yourself

Phantom Scan:  Smooth, refer to image 3 

Body Scan:        Refer to image 4-5, Right carotid - Lumen and Blood flow has been imaged
