Probe Analysis:

Connector:           OK, no sign of broken pins refer to image 10

Cable:                  Cable has an insulation tear, but we have taped it, refer to image 8, 5, 6

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks but probe's strain relief has a tear on it refer to img 9

Lock:                   Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane: 20 mm, Seems good & doesn't have any nick on it but you may refer to image 7.

Scan Analysis:

Air Scan:           You may exercise your judgement, refer to image 2, no sign of shadow

Phantom Scan:  Smooth, refer to image 3 

Body Scan:        Refer to image 4, for hepatorenal scan
