Probe Analysis:

Connector:            OK, no sign of cracks or dents, no sign of broken pins refer to img 11

Cable:                    OK, Is a little smudgy but no sign of insulation tears/cracks refer to image 10

Head & handle:    OK,  no sign of cracks, refer to Image 9

Lock:                      Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane:   Is in good shape doesn't have any nicks on it, refer to image 7-8.

Scan Analysis:

Air Scan:           Some weak elements are observed as shadows can be seen, refer to image 2 

Phantom Scan:  Smooth, refer to image 3 

Body Scan:        Refer to image 4-5, you can see the vascular scan done

                           The image produced shows steady and uniform blood flow
