Connector:            OK, No sign of scratches or cracks, no sign of broken pins refer to img10-11

Cable:                    OK, no sign of insulation tears/cracks refer to image 8

Head & handle:    OK,  no sign of cracks or strain relief tears, refer to Image 1-2

Lock:                      Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane:   Is in very good shape doesn't haveany nicks or scuffs on it, refer to image 5-6

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
