Probe Analysis:

Connector:           OK, no sign of broken pins refer to image 9-10

Cable:                   OK, seems to be a little smudgy but no sign of insulation tears or cracks, refer                          to image 9

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Image 3-6

Lock:                     Seems good and firm refer to image 11

Lens/Membrane:  Seems to be in very good shape but 2 minute nicks can be seen , refer to                                   image 2-3

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
