Connector:           OK, no sign of broken pins refer to image 9-11

Cable:                   OK, no sign of insulation tears or cracks, refer to image 8

Head & handle:   OK, with no sign of cracks or tears in the strain relief, refer to Image 3-5

Lock:                     Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane:  Seems to be in very good shape with no scuff or nick observed on it , refer to                           image 6-7

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
