Probe Analysis:

Connector:            OK, No sign of scratches or cracks, no sign of broken pins refer to img 11

Cable:                    OK, no sign of tears/cracks but has a slight insulation bruise refer to image5-6

Head & handle:    OK,  no sign of cracks or strain relief tears, refer to Image 1-4

Lock:                      Seems good and firm refer to image 12

Lens/Membrane:   Is in very good shape doesn't have any nicks or scuffs on it, refer to img9-10

Scan Analysis:

We were unable to test this unit but has been removed form a hospital/working environment therefore it should work fine
