Cable:                    No sign of insulation tear/crack, refer to the images

Head & handle:    Seems fine, but lock has a crack on it refer to the images

Lock:                      Has a crack on it refer to the images

Lens/Membrane:   Has some stains on it refer to the images

Scan Analysis:

Air Scan:            Has shadows towards the extreme left side, you may refer to the image 1-2

Phantom Scan:  Some weak/Dead elements have been observed refer to image 3
